Through its extensive relationships with investment banks, hedge funds and private equity investors, AFA is able to assist companies in raising capital. We counsel companies on the options available and then facilitate introductions to institutions or investors that can raise the funds on their behalf or make direct investments in the company. We have assisted Chinese companies in raising funds from $1 million to $30 million. For public companies an infusion of capital is valuable both for its ability to help the company to grow, but also dramatically increases the liquidity of the stock and, ultimately, its valuation.
