We counsel companies on the options available and then facilitate introductions to institutions and investors that can raise funds on their behalf or make direct investments in the company. We have assisted companies in raising funds from $5 million to $40 million. For public companies an infusion of capital is valuable for its ability to help the company grow as well as dramatically increase liquidity of its stock and, ultimately, its valuation.
