In a typical engagement, we work closely with company management, directors and advisors, such as investment bankers, legal counsel and outside auditors, to analyze the situation and evaluate its communication consequences. We then identify the audiences likely to be affected by the situation in order to define a credible and consistent company position and a communications strategy. Effective communications tactics are developed to minimize any possible damage and materials are produced to present the client's position. We prepare company management thoroughly to respond to inquiries from various constituencies and the media. If necessary, we will set up and staff an on-site "command center" to manage the communications process.
